From the moment we were picked up at the airport, our chauffeur (Guri) made the entire journey to Lorne feel effortless and luxurious. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly, instantly putting our family at ease after a long flight.
The car was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing drive along the coast. He drove smoothly and safely, allowing us to truly enjoy the scenic views without a worry. What stood out the most was his attention to detail, checking in on our comfort, adjusting the temperature, and even sharing local tips that made our little family getaway even more special.
This wasn’t just a transfer; it was the perfect start to our vacation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality chauffeur experience. We will definitely be booking again!

I booked Encore Chauffeur for a weekend trip from Melbourne CBD to Mornington Peninsula (and back) for my 21st birthday, and the service was amazing! Our driver was on time, super kind, and really accommodating, especially with my rowdy group of friends. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
